Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Return Policy
If you find that you have purchased and downloaded an incorrect file, contact us within 12 hours to exchange the image for the correct one.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an image, please notify us. We can have it re-scanned in most cases, if the original was a transparency. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund your purchase, or give you a credit for an alternate image.
Within 30 days of purchase, Colorado Image will replace defective disks. You must send the defective disk back to us for inspection within 10 days, or you will be charged for the replacement disk. Refunds are not available on shipped disks.
If you experience a malfunction of the website you may file a report. We will investigate, and if we find the item, payment, or download function to be malfunctioning we will complete the order and payment and send you the image with an alternate method such as email.
Colorado Image does not warrant that any particular image will be suitable for any particular work. It is your responsibility to verify with your printed proof that the image is usable for your particular need prior to printing. We are not liable for printing reimbursement if you find the image is not suitable for your particular need.
